	Delta offered assistance to all the families of SwissAir Flight 111. Our family was assisted by 5 amazingly sensitive individuals who gave everything but their lives up to help our family at a time when we didn't know what to do. We can't say enough about these people except they are now honorary members of our family. We are proud to have brought them into our lives. Thank you again, guys. You saved us in more ways than one. Darrin, Kelly, Becky and Pam. A special note goes out to Susan Galante who handled everything from her volunteer position in Atlanta and flew in special to the memorial in Cleveland. She is quite a special person and we couldn't have gotten through this without her. Susan, you are in our hearts and our only regret is that Donnie and Diane never got to meet you and have you in their lives.
